S u p e r pre/post-workout smoothie (basically anything and everything i could find that helps with recovery/peformance all in one smoothie)
Dont worry if you don't have everything its alot... (Links wip)

Mix what you have in a blender and drink!

Other drinks:

Coconut water is better than regular water for hydration during workout.
you can also drink lemon water its more refreshing.
I don't remember where i read it, but i heard increasing your alkalinity after a workout can help recovery or something.
1-2 teaspoons of Baking soda + water should work for that.

Personal notes:

I made a smoothie with broccoli, milk, protein powder, berries, pineapple juice and pumpkin seeds.
Results were pretty significant, i barely had to rest during my somewhat short workout.


Made another smoothie with mostly everything on the list except almost all optional ingredients, watermelon juice and goji berries.
Doesn't taste as bad as i thought it might. The only optional ingredients i added were curcumin.
